Because Vintimes uses a single application for both Customers and Service Providers, information collected may vary depending on the participant's role and the features used.

2. APP PERMISSIONS

Depending on the features used, Vintimes may request the following permissions:

Location may be used where required to support the Underlying Service context, identify relevant transactions, assist with waiting-time functionality, improve security, or provide location-related features.

Background location will only be requested or accessed where required by an applicable feature and subject to applicable permissions and device settings.

Camera

Camera access may be used for profile photographs, verification documents, supporting evidence, or other legitimate Platform functions where applicable.

Gallery / Photos

Gallery or photo access may be used to upload profile photographs, supporting images, documents, or other relevant materials.

Microphone

8. ACCOUNT DELETION

Participants may request deletion of their Vintimes account and associated personal information through the account deletion option available within the Vintimes App.

The account deletion option can be accessed through:

Before confirming deletion, the participant may be required to authenticate their account and confirm the deletion request.

Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, Vintimes will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with the account, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Certain information may be retained where Vintimes is legally required or reasonably permitted to retain it, including information necessary for:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Prevention and investigation of fraud or misuse.
  • Financial, tax, and accounting records.
  • Resolution of pending disputes or claims.
  • Enforcement of contractual or legal rights.

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the participant's active Vintimes account and associated personal information that is not required to be retained.

Deletion of a Vintimes account does not necessarily delete records that Vintimes is legally required to maintain or information that has been independently retained by third-party payment providers, financial institutions, or other parties subject to their own lawful retention requirements.

The account-deletion webpage will provide a clear mechanism for participants to submit an account deletion request without requiring them to reinstall or access the Vintimes App.

9. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

Subject to applicable law, participants may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion.
  • Withdraw consent where applicable.
  • Opt out of promotional communications.
  • Request restriction of certain processing.
